Junior SEO Specialist
Conditions:
- 14-day probation period: We assess how well the candidate handles the work schedule, tasks, etc. If things don't work out during this time, the period will be fully paid, but unfortunately, we will part ways.
- Fully official employment with a labor contract at "Ant-tim" LLC
- Bonuses for overtime, regulations, publications
- Net salary: 1st month - 30,000 rubles, 2nd month - 35,000 rubles, 3rd month - 40,000 rubles, 4th month and onwards - 48,000 rubles. Further raises based on performance assessments
- Initially, tasks will be simple, but after 2-4 months, you'll need to start thinking on your own, conducting experiments, managing projects, and taking responsibility for your decisions
Required from the candidate:
- 6-hour workday with a timer, mandatory to be in work mode from 11 AM to 4 PM Moscow time
- Stable internet. There will be video calls
- Willingness to learn SEO, study our regulations and videos, grow in position and skills, and eventually communicate with clients
- Russian citizenship, as we cannot officially hire and pay salaries to non-Russian citizens
Middle SEO Specialist
Conditions:
- 14-day probation period: We assess how well the candidate handles the work schedule, tasks, etc. If things don't work out during this time, the period will be fully paid, but unfortunately, we will part ways.
- Fully official employment with a labor contract at "Ant-tim" LLC
- Bonuses for overtime, regulations, publications
- Net salary: from 70,000 to 150,000 rubles and more — depends on the specialist's level
Required from the candidate:
- 6-hour workday with a timer, mandatory to be in work mode from 11 AM to 4 PM Moscow time
- Stable internet. There will be video calls
- Willingness to learn SEO, study our regulations and videos, grow in position and skills, communicate with clients, manage from 1 to 7 projects
- Russian citizenship, as we cannot officially hire and pay salaries to non-Russian citizens
